True North Fitness offers nutrition coaching services in several formats to best meet your personal needs. We provide individual (1-on-1), couples, and small group sessions using highly individualized processes helping you to achieve your results in a lifestyle sustaining manner. Clients may choose nutrition coaching by itself or in combination with a fitness training program to optimize their results!
Just as one general exercise routine does not fit all; neither does one general nutritional approach. Moreover, just as your ongoing fitness coaching sessions keep you on track and allow us to adjust your fitness program according to your results and progress, your ongoing follow-up nutrition coaching sessions provide the opportunity to keep you on track nutritionally producing maximum results week in week out!
It isn’t about a particular food or nutrient either, week by week we teach you how to eat the healthy foods that you love, in the right portions. You will create and maintain high energy throughout the day, you will feel balanced and more in touch and you will metabolize fat away while maintaining your lean mass as you move toward those smaller jeans! All without starving through impossible diets!

Working one on one with one of our highly trained nutrition coaches, this takes all of the hassles out of meal planning as our meal planning software does it all for you.
Includes: Pro Essentials—Adjust-A-Measure Gift Set—adjustable measuring cup and spoons and Food Exchange List for Weight Management Mini Book
First meeting is 60 minutes, then 3 (30) minute weekly follow-ups with nutrition coach in person to include body composition readings.
Remaining 3 months you then meet with our coach for bi-weekly follow ups.
Additional months may be added on at $119 once the first 4 months have been completed.
Precision Nutrition Coaching Program
We have many clients for whom we are so very proud of their transformations. Each of them have a place on our "Wall of Fame" in our office. One of our many is Haley as you can see in the photos above. As a fitness and nutrition client in 2008 Haley was able to drop 55 pounds (going from 199lbs to 144lbs)!!
